My philosophy when it comes to fitness and personal training is that it’s a lifestyle. It’s not something you do once and then ‘fall of the wagon,’ for the rest of the week. It’s about making choices, some small, some big, to make your life healthier and hopefully, longer. Fitness is life for me. It’s not just my profession; it is my passion.  In addition to being a triathlete and a physique competitor, I am also continuously educating myself on the latest research in nutrition and fitness, and often incorporating new developments into my custom performance regiment, both for myself, and my clients.  I am enthusiastic about motivating, educating, and inspiring individuals from all walks of life.
